Single Install authentication on Windows Platform

OBJECTIVE
To ensure single install based authentication works across windows user accounts
PRECONDITION
  • Player supports single install feature (0.18.0 or above)
  • Factory instance supports single install feature (r192.1 or above)
  • Factory is using SAML/LDAP/Nymi based auth for operator login OR has "multiPlayerLoginAlways" feature flag enabled
  • Windows machine has two user account
