Settings - Approval Types

Overview

An “Approval Type” is a category of approval that can be assigned to any app after it is created.

This page allows you to create, view, edit and delete approvals, which can then be assigned to apps.

Approval Types

Create

• A user can create a new Approval Type using the “Create Approval Type” button in the top right of the screen.

Edit

• A user can edit the Approval type by clicking the “pencil” icon in the list of Approval Types on the right of the screen.

View

• A user can view all Approval Types on the list in the middle of the screen

Delete

• A user can delete the Approval type by clicking the “trash” icon in the list of Approval Types on the right of the screen. An Approval Type can only be deleted if it is not reference in any apps.

User Permissions

A user with “create” permissions for approvals can view, edit, create and delete approval types.
