Test that placeholders can be deleted if the placeholder is not being used in any triggers or widgets. Placeholder usage can be viewed. This deletion is handled in app completions and signaled in analytics.

• placeholder can be deleted in the placeholder tab in the app editor
• cannot be deleted if placeholder is being used in the app 
• column for the placeholder disappears from app completions 
• fields for the placeholder in analytics are replaced with 'Deleted Record Placeholder Field'

Expected State

• Admin account
• Table with records
  • In this test script, there is a Table 'Bike' with a record '1234'
