Machine Monitoring : 09 - Deleting Machine/Machine Attributes

OBJECTIVE
Verify that attempting to delete machines or  remove attributes used by apps show warning
PRECONDITION
This test assumes
  1. You are able to log into qa.tulip.co
  2. An OPCUA connector has be configured on qa.tulip.co
  3. Machine monitoring is enabled
  4. A machine has already been created
  5. Machine attributes have been created
  6. The machine and attributes are used in an app
