HTTP Connectors : 08 - URL encoding function

OBJECTIVE

Verify that a user can set a text type input's encoding if it's used in the URL.

PRECONDITION

The user has created an HTTP connector (probably as a part of QA-T239) and is on that connector's overview page. The user also has a basic understanding of Tulip terminology.
The httpConnectorFunctionInputEncoding feature flag needs to be turned ON.
